 According to GB/T5506-2008 and more than 10 years of working experience,We produce this Gluten Washing Instrument.This is the first time to use single-chip technology to control noodle,washing,time setting and other functions on the gluten analyzer. The instrument's stable performance and high degree of automation make it easier for users to perform sample analysis. It can accurately determine the content of wet (dry) gluten in flour, gluten quality (gluten index) and gluten water absorption. It is suitable for the determination of wheat flour, granular powder or whole wheat flour. It is widely used in food and flour processing, grain and oil quality inspection, grain storage, universities and research institutions.
